1/ This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation in Guests Rooms located at Marie Claire Mercier and Cyr Sallé in Eydieux, on the commune of Saint Angel (Puy de Dôme 63)
The best welcome will be reserved for our guests.
2/ Duration of the stay: The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period will not be able under any circumstances to take advantage of any right to remain in the premises.
3/ Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the client has sent the owners a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay for a stay of more than 90 days from the date of arrival; for a stay of less than 90 days from the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay is required. A second copy of the contract is to be kept by the client.
4/ Cancellation by the client: Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email to the owners.
a/ Any cancellation before the beginning of the stay is not refundable. We propose you to postpone your stay for a period of 6 months.
b/ If the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owners can dispose of their guest rooms.
c/ In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely with the owners. The additional services not consumed will be refunded.
6/Arrival/Departure: The client must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the present contract, between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the host must inform the owners.
The client must leave the room at the times mentioned in this contract, before 11:00 am. In no case, the customer could prevail himself of a use of the places before and after the foreseen hours; any started hour will be invoiced 20€ additional.
We offer two optional services if you wish to leave your accommodation before 5:00 p.m. and/or leave it after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure; depending on availability, the “early check-in” or “late check-out” options allow you to arrive at 3:00 p.m. and leave at 1:00 p.m.; this service is subject to an additional charge and to the agreement of the accommodation.
5/ Cancellation by the owner: When the owners cancel the stay before the beginning of the stay, they must inform the client in writing (including by email). In exceptional circumstances, we may be forced to cancel your reservation for reasons of force majeure. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you have already paid for your booking, we will refund your payment, or
If you have not yet paid for your reservation, you do not have to do so.
For the purposes of this clause, force majeure means any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid, and which would result in us not being able to provide your accommodation.
7/ Payment of the balance : The balance is to be paid to the owners. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the present contract will be paid to the owners or to the service providers concerned.
8/ Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose.
He agrees to return all the premises in good condition 9/Capacity: The present contract is established for a precise number of persons.
- If this number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation, the owner is able to refuse the additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.
- If this number is within the capacity of the accommodation, each additional person will be charged at the rate provided.
10/ Animals: The present contract specifies that the client cannot stay in the company of a domestic animal. In case of non respect of this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the client, no refund can be considered.
11/ Meals: Clients are expressly asked not to take meals in the accommodations, (except in the case of breakfast served in the room); clients have at their disposal the kitchen area of the breakfast room to allow them to prepare simple evening meals (with their ingredients) in accordance with the accessible hours, starting at 6:00 pm. They agree to leave this space clean and tidy after each use.
12/ Waste: We suggest you participate in the sorting of your waste. Do not hesitate to ask us for information on the subject. We provide you with bags and garbage cans for this purpose.
13/ Visitor’s tax: “The visitor’s tax is a local tax paid in its entirety to the Public Treasury; it is due by all persons who stay for a fee on the territory of the Combrailles Tourist Office and who are not subject to the housing tax. It is therefore applicable to people staying in hotels, tourist residences, furnished accommodation and cottages, bed and breakfast, vacation villages, residential leisure parks and camping and caravanning sites, and all other establishments of equivalent characteristics.
14/ Commitment: By booking with Les Suites de Campagne Les Eydieux, you agree that your reservation is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By validating these terms and conditions during the reservation process, you are bound and your acceptance cannot be questioned.
